Shanghai-Jiang Nan 8 Days Trip [DAY 3]

26th December 2009
So, the story goes on, the third day in Shanghai, we spent only a morning in SuZhou, until afternoon only we proceeded to NanJing.

Here was where my dad bought silk-made pillows and blankets. The tourist guide was too 'professional' as he could really convinced us to buy so many things. PRO!

Reached NanJing,

At a restaurant in NanJing, we tried the NanJing's local cuisine which always include the 'salted duck (咸水鸭)' in every meals. Well, was really salty ==
After the lunch, We went to the XuanWuHu Park. The weather there was COLD! DAMN! I ALMOST LOST MY GLOVE.

The most important thing to be done during travel is to take photos of yourself. =)

The NanJing Massacre Memorial Museum (南京大屠杀博物馆), loads of terrifying bones and descriptions which made me nervous initially...

There were almost 300k of NanJing citizens being killed in this cruelty invasion
(13rd Dec 1937 ~ January of 1938).
